Partner agreement
Conditions for our partner firms in the photovoltaic market.
Status: current version · This agreement governs the cooperation between SolCheck and the partner firms (photovoltaic specialist firms).
Purpose
SolCheck establishes contacts between clients and specialist firms in the photovoltaic market. SolCheck brokers the addresses of interested clients, with all important basic data, to specialist firms. SolCheck only charges for the customer addresses accepted by partner firms.
Costs
So that new prospects can try out SolCheck's services, no fee is charged for the first customer address. From the following address brokerage onwards, each request you accept costs CHF 25.00. No further costs apply.
Maximum sale / competition
Requests from prospective solar clients are passed on, on a “first come, first served” basis, to a maximum of five partner firms. Once a request has been accepted by five partner firms, it is considered “sold out” and can no longer be accepted by any further partner firm.
Internal communication
Addresses of photovoltaic prospects are forwarded by email. Requests can then be accepted or declined in the partner area within a stated period. The logistics deployed by SolCheck determine the geographically best-located company site and/or the best-performing SolCheck partner. All requests brokered by SolCheck must be treated confidentially and may only be used for the intended purpose of preparing quotes.
Transfer and resale
The customer contacts and data provided may not be passed on, resold, rented out or otherwise transferred to third parties, whether in whole or in part. They may be used solely by the partner company that accepted the request and only for the purpose of preparing quotes. Any breach entitles SolCheck to terminate the partnership with immediate effect and to claim damages.
Invoicing
Invoicing for SolCheck's services takes place monthly. It is issued as a PDF with a detailed statement for all accepted customer contacts. Discrepancies in the statement must be reported immediately in writing (by email). The payment term is 30 days. If payment does not reach SolCheck within 45 days of invoicing, the partnership agreement is terminated with immediate effect. SolCheck reserves the right to take legal action.
Joining the partnership
By completing and submitting the partner registration form, you agree to this partner agreement and the partnership comes into effect. In the partner area you can adjust your company preferences – such as the desired cantonal area of activity – at any time. Your account is reviewed by SolCheck after registration. SolCheck reserves the right to reject a partnership request if incorrect information has been provided or quality criteria prove insufficient.
Terminating the partnership
The partnership can be terminated at any time in writing by email. Termination takes effect without notice, i.e. with immediate effect. SolCheck can only terminate the partnership agreement if the partner abuses the cooperation, violates professional ethics or fails to comply with the payment agreement.
Further provisions
The general terms and conditions and the privacy policy of SolCheck apply in addition. Swiss law applies.
